What is the expiration date of my product?

We recommend you to use your product(s) within 3-6 months of the date of purchase for optimal efficacy. However, each product has their own shelf life:

  • Soaps: up to 1 year
  • Oils-based products (scrubs, butters, balm): up to 9 months
  • Water-based products (mists, cleansers, serums): up to 6 months 
  • Clay-based products (masks): if stored in a dry and cool place, up to 1 year 

 

Are your ingredients safe?

Your safety is our #1 priority. All of our formulas are effective and safe. We do not use Sulfates (SLS + SLES), Parabens, Phthalates, Mineral Oils, Oxybenzone, Coal Tar, Hydroquinone, Triclosan, Fillers, Animal Oils/Fats, Ethanolamines (DEA/TEA/MEA/ETA), or Phenoxyethanol at 1% or more of our total formulation. If you have any allergies or skin sensitivities, please carefully review the ingredients of all products. 

  

Which products are good for dry or sensitive skin?

We recommend our unscented Whipped Body Butter, and our fragrance free soaps.

 

How should these products be stored?
We always recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place that is away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

 

Are your products organic?

Whenever possible, we try to source organic ingredients. However, our products are not certified organic.

 

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made in the USA, with locally and globally sourced ingredients.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

 

How long before I can receive my order?
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time is approximately 1-5 business days depending on your selected shipping options. 

La'Shea Skin is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees or back end charges once the package has exited our studio.

 

What shipping carrier do you use?
La'Shea Skin ships via USPS for all domestic packages. 

 

How can I check the status of my order?
Please log in to your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order. Or you can check your order status here.

 

I received incorrect item/s what should I do?
Please contact lasheaskin@gmail.com immediately so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

 

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact lasheaskin@gmail.com immediately so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damage product/s. 

 

I put the wrong address on my order, please help!

Contact lasheaskin@gmail.com immediately so that we can try to assist you. If the item has already shipped, we may not be able to help.

We can not guarantee that we can change the delivery address so please take extra care when selecting your delivery address. La'Shea Skin will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

 

Does La'Shea Skin give free samples?

La’Shea Skin offers FREE samples with EVERY order. Our sample distribution is currently at the discretion of our staff. However, we are working on a system that will allow you to pick your own samples!

I forgot my password, what do I do?
To reset your password, go to https://lasheaskin.com/account/login and click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password.
